STEP 1:
We need Volunteers in four of our fields of operations as follows:

Women’s Empowerment Initiative (WEI):
Here, we need two categories of Volunteers. First are Supervisors who have experience with micro enterprises and business practices.
Secondly, we require Training Companies that will do formal training for our WEI groups.

Community Empowerment Initiative (CEI): Here, we require persons that will give independent monitoring of the performance of each borehole project.
This requires doing a visit once a quarter and sending us video clips of the borehole in use.

Youth Empowerment Initiative (YEI): Here, the volunteers will monitor and follow up on each beneficiary.

Educational Empowerment Initiative (EEI): Here, we require Volunteers who are certified in supervision/development of children of secondary school age.
They will play the support role for a well-rounded care of our children.
